Reiki is a Japanese inspired healing system and one of the most beautiful relaxation techniques available. When entering your treatment room, the aroma of calming oils and soft music gently playing in the background, entices your senses. With soothing candle light subtly illuminating the room, you lay upon a massage couch fully dressed and a blanket is gently draped over you. My hands are placed directly on or just above certain pressure points along your body, allowing the Reiki to flow. The treatment gives you time and space to relax and embrace this dynamic energy.
